Lana holds a Master’s in Counselling Psychology. She has extensive training and is undergoing Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) certification. She also has training in parts work from IFS, somatic experiencing, and yoga therapy. Her approach focuses on client-centered humanistic psychodynamic counselling and non-pathologizing analysis.
In my work with couples and families, I follow the principles of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to guide our sessions. EFT is considered the gold standard in couples and family therapy. My approach is designed to help individuals, couples, and families achieve harmony by building trust, healing emotional wounds, and strengthening relationships to empower them to tackle life's challenges. Each session is client-centered, aiming to break free from restrictive patterns to embrace more flexibility, deeper insight, and a more engaged life filled with purpose and love.
